Shipping costs depend on the order value and are displayed during the ordering process.

Jewelry by size:

Delivery times are a little longer for some of our exclusively made-to-order pieces. But such unique jewels are worth the wait.

Here are the delivery times:

Rings in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 - approx. 12-15 working days

Necklaces, earrings, bracelets - approx. 12-15 working days

Note: Express shipping is not possible for pre-orders.

Please note: If an item has a longer delivery time, we will send all items together to save shipping costs and protect the environment. You will be informed accordingly if there are any discrepancies.

To return your item, please notify us by email at ynnovia.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item. You will then receive further return instructions.

Please report any defective, missing or incomplete items immediately.

How long does it take to process your return?

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation. We usually need a maximum of ten working days (Monday to Friday) to process your return. However, this may take longer if there is a major sales campaign going on. Once the return has been processed, we will send you a notification of the refund.

Before each shipment, the gemstones are cleaned and energized.

Tip: Charge intuitively according to your feelings.

This is how gemstones are re-energized:

Sunlight: Charging in direct sunlight (not suitable for all gemstones!)
Moonlight: Charging in moonlight (especially strong during full moon)
Soil: discharge and purify by burying in the ground
Smoking: Cleansing with incense such as sage or palo santo
Charge and discharge on crystal clusters (e.g. amethyst, hematite, rock crystal, citrine).

Gemstones should be cleaned regularly to free them from negative energies.
