What do I do if I need to change or correct my delivery address?

We know how important it is for you to receive your order on time and without any problems. To ensure this happens, it is important that your delivery address is correct. Here are a few simple tips to ensure that your order actually reaches you.

Check your shipping details when paying

When paying, double-check your address. Street, house number, apartment number (if you have one), postcode and phone number should all be correct. This will help us to send your order to you without any detours.

Check confirmation email

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your delivery address again and send us a message to ynnovia.shop@gmail.com within 6 hours if something is wrong. This way we can correct any errors immediately.

If you notice an error in the address after 24 hours, it may be difficult to correct it as your order may already be on its way. Therefore, please double check everything as early as possible to avoid delays.

Important:

  • Check your shipping details during checkout and in the confirmation email.
  • Changes made after 24 hours may not be taken into account.
  • The sooner you inform us about errors, the better!

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I can't find it?

If you've ever waited anxiously for a package, only to get a message saying it's been delivered but you can't find it anywhere, then you know how frustrating it can be. In this article, we'll look at the most common reasons why your package might not be where you expect it to be, and what steps you can take to track it down quickly.

Check unexpected delivery locations

Check all the places where the package may have been left unexpectedly - such as behind bushes, at a different door, or in safe areas like a mailbox or on the patio. Sometimes the delivery person will leave the package in a different place than you expected for safety reasons.

Contact the delivery person

If you've looked everywhere and still can't find your package, contact the delivery person directly. Give them the tracking number and any additional information that might help them find the package. Most of the time, delivery people will try to redeliver the package within a few business days after it has been marked as delivered, so be patient!

Submit an Investigation Request

If you still haven't received your package after the specified number of working days, you can submit a tracking request. Delivery companies offer special forms for missing shipments, and DHL allows you to submit a tracking request for lost packages. This may take a few days, but it's worth it to find your package.

What do I do if I receive a damaged package?

Although we take great pride in the quality of our products and careful packaging, unfortunately it can happen that packages are damaged during transit.

Report the problem

If your package looks damaged, please do the following:

  • Take photos of the packaging, especially any dents, cracks or other damage.
  • Contact the courier as soon as possible and report the damage.
  • Send us an email with the photos of the packaging to ynnovia.shop@gmail.com and we will help you solve your problem.

Please remember that if you do not tell us about the problem immediately, it will be more difficult for us to help you.

Our refund policy

Important: Damage caused by the courier service is not covered by our refund policy. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over how the courier handles it. We understand your frustration and will do everything we can to help you resolve any issues with damaged packages.

What do I do if I receive a missing or incomplete package?

We are sorry if you have received a package with missing or incomplete items. We strive to ensure that all orders arrive complete and in perfect condition. If something is missing, you can do the following:

Contact us within 48 hours

Please send us an email to ynnovia.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include your order number and describe the missing or incomplete items. This way we can solve the problem for you as quickly as possible.

Separate deliveries

Sometimes we ship items separately due to stock levels. In this case, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with a separate tracking number for each package. Don't worry - we will of course cover the shipping costs for missing or incomplete items.

Refund for missing or incomplete items

If we are unable to replace the missing or incomplete items, we will issue a refund to you using your chosen payment method. The refund will include the cost of the missing items and any associated shipping fees.
