Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund the full purchase price when you return the goods - no ifs or buts.
Important information about personalized and digital products:
- Digital products: Cancellation is excluded for digital content that was not delivered on a physical data carrier and whose provision began with your express consent and knowledge of the loss of the right of cancellation.
- Personalized products: Items that have been made according to your individual specifications (e.g. engraved or specially customized products) are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Please note: Once you have placed an order, it cannot be edited or cancelled prior to delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.
What do you need to do to get a refund?
To return your item, please notify us of your decision by emailing ynnovia.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item. You will then receive further return instructions.
Items must be sent to our international returns center at your own expense:
Angelina Savoca, c/o Gall, Fichtenstr. 34, 85107 Baar-Ebenhausen.
Who bears the costs?
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
When can you expect a refund?
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return in our returns center. The refund will be made via the payment method you originally selected.
Consequences of revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your notice of cancellation.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning. We only accept returns for items that are in perfect and unused condition.
